1980s OC Football Team

A rare visit from Panama to the UK this summer 2025 by Gary Stempel MBE (GH 1976) was marked by a get together in NW London with a group of fellow Old Cholmeleians. 

Sir Gary coached the OC football 1st team in the late 1980s with great success winning the Arthurian League in 86/87 under the captaincy of Doug Wainwright and again in 88/89 with Jon Green as captain. 

In between these league titles Gary coached the OCs to victory in the 87/88 Arthur Dunn Cup Final having lost in the final for two consecutive years previously.
