The other week, Hamish Hunter (SG 2010) joined his colleagues from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in the corporate crime and Investigations team who were hosting their annual Corporate Crime & Investigations client conference.
Hamish was there as a Senior Associate to “emphasise the important role that D&O insurance plays, as well as providing some tips on how to maximise recoveries”. D&O insurance stands for Directors’ and Officers’ liability insurance which protects directors and officers against claims made against them in the professional capacity.
