Food, Health, and Wellbeing
We are delighted to shine a spotlight on Raoul‑Edward Rechnitz (FG 2009) - a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), founder of Picture of Health Nutrition, and a leading voice in gut health, regenerative agriculture, and holistic wellbeing.
Raoul has built a dynamic career as a nutrition consultant, chef, storyteller, and science communicator, known for combining evidence‑based nutrition with practical, accessible guidance. His workshops frequently explore the powerful connections between nutrition, soil health, the gut microbiome, and the gut‑brain axis, helping audiences navigate a world full of nutritional myths while grounding them in science.
The other week, Raoul delivered his first workshop of the year at Soho House’s High Road House, an engaging introduction to gut health, food sourcing, and regenerative practices. He shared how regenerating soil improves nutrient density and supports a healthier gut microbiome, and answered insightful questions from attendees throughout the session.
Join Raoul on 26 February - Hydration & Inflammation Workshop
Raoul will return to High Road House on 26 February for his next session, where he will speak on hydration, inflammation, and their critical roles in overall wellbeing. Attendees can expect another interactive workshop filled with practical knowledge, myth‑busting, and time for individual questions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for OCs to reconnect with Raoul and learn from a growing expert in the wellness field.
Details and sign‑up are available through the Soho House app.
