We were delighted to hear from Lexy Hudson at this month’s OC Pride Evening, where she shared the exciting news of her debut novel, Wonders Never Cease - a fantastic milestone in her writing career. 

A propulsive and atmospheric fantasy romance, the novel blends dance, danger and fae folklore, drawing readers into a dazzling and immersive world. Already being compared to The Night Circus and The Moonlight Market, it promises a rich, musical story filled with magic and intrigue. 

Set in London, 1986, the novel follows Trix, a young ballerina striving to succeed in the demanding world of professional dance, and Aleksander ‘Sander’ Sylvan, the company’s enigmatic rising star. Thrown together in leading roles, their on-stage chemistry captivates audiences—but Sander’s mysterious past raises questions. When he suddenly disappears on a major opening night, Trix is left to uncover the truth, and begins to wonder whether the magic they shared was more than just performance.
