OCBS: Career Stages and Pivoting

The OCBS: Career Stages and Pivoting event provided a great space for OCs to learn from each other and network. Blaise Boulton (TL 2008) and Albi Fraquelli (TL 2005) spoke with the group about their experiences with pivoting their careers and answered questions to help others take the next step in their career change. 

The group had a mixture of OCs in different stages of pivoting - many wanting to pivot, others who have taken the first step but want to know what to do next, and a few who have already done it and might do it again! Everyone was so engaged and there was a real sense that the evening provided clarity and motivation for so many of the audience. It may have been the pizza and wine also, but such was the atmosphere that the group had to be asked to leave, at gone 10pm on a school night!
