Douglas Pinder (MG 2008) was a part of a panel discussion about “Debt Financing – Shifting Strategies to Seek New Opportunities” at the 2024 IIF European Summit. IIF Stands for Institute of International Finance which is a global association for the finance industry that provides its members with events, research and advocacy for the sector. 

The panel answered questions such as “how are interest rate fluctuations affecting investment strategies and current market sentiment?” and “what challenges do borrowers face when refinancing infrastructure assets?”. Douglas is the Director - Head of Infrastructure Debt Advisory, Investment Banking at Stifel Financial Corp and has a vast knowledge of the topics discussed.
