Ten Years On: The Class of 2016 Returns to School

A decade after leaving School, members of the Class of 2016 returned to familiar surroundings on Thursday evening last week for a reunion filled with laughter, memories and long-awaited catch-ups.

Welcoming alumni back to School ten years on offered a chance not only to reflect on their time at Highgate, but also to celebrate how far they have come since. Friends who once shared classrooms, sports pitches, productions and School trips gathered once again, slipping easily back into conversation as they exchanged stories from the last decade.

The evening provided an opportunity to revisit some of the places that shaped their School experience, from Chapel Quad and Central Hall to the Sixth Form Common Room. Returning to these familiar spaces prompted plenty of reminiscing, with memories resurfacing around every corner and stories from School days retold with as much enthusiasm as ever.

While much has changed over the past ten years, the sense of connection among the year group remained unmistakable. The reunion was a reminder of the lasting friendships and shared experiences that continue to bring OCs together long after they leave School.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a memorable evening. We were delighted to welcome the Class of 2016 back to School and look forward to seeing many of you again at future OC events.
