Mathematical Futures

Congratulations to Alice Kwan (TL 2015) who worked with a team at The Royal Society on the Mathematical Futures report over the last two years. The report was published last week after lots of time and effort from Alice and The Royal Society team. 

The Mathematical Futures report calls for a reform of maths education from a young age and throughout compulsory education. With maths and data having an increasingly critical role in this world, the goal for the reform is to enable people to thrive.
