Michael Hammerson (WG 1956) and Susan Hammerson celebrate Golden Anniversary

Congratulations to OC and the Cholmeleian’s Notes and News Editor, Michael Hammerson (WG 1956) and Susan Hammerson, née Jacobson, on their Golden Wedding Anniversary.

Michael and Susan married in Harrogate, Yorkshire on May 14, 1972. To celebrate the special occasion, the two jetted off to their favourite overseas city, the romantic, dreamy Venice.

After their trip, they were welcomed home by their pet cat Ulysses, who was happy to join in the celebrations!

Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary to Michael and Susan, and here’s to many more years of their partnership.
