A ‘Tricky’ Panel Discussion

Jessica Franklin (GH 2012) spoke on a panel discussion at the 12 King’s Bench Walk seminar the other week on the distinction between the protected belief and the manifestation of the belief. She said the panel topic was ‘tricky’ but enjoyed the conversations it evoked. 

12 King’s Bench Walk (12KBW) is a civil set of chambers with over 90 barristers, including 14 silks, and pride themselves on recruiting based on merit. Jessica is a Barrister at 12KBW, Tier 1 chambers for Personal Injury and Industrial Disease, with her specialty in Personal Injury.
