Quality over Quantity with AI

Simon Spyer (TL 1990) shared his thoughts on whether AI can help brands deliver personalization with purpose in Little Black Book’s article.  

With the help of AI, Simon believes that the amount of content sent to consumers can be minimized and more targeted to make marketing more effective. AI can enhance the process of personalization depending on the message recipient. Simon also says that the quality of a message is more important than the quantity of messages a customer receives.
