Chamber Music Concert
Graham Waterhouse (SG 1975) will be holding a chamber music concert at the Highgate Scientific and Literary Institute, on Friday, 21st February 2025, at 7:30 pm (further details in flyer below). He will be joined by his two sisters and pianist, Richard Shaw, to perform works by Scarlatti and Mozart as well as Graham’s own compositions.
The two premieres are “Octogram” for cello solo, inspired by the giant Romanesque candelabra in Aachen Cathedral, and “Elferreigen” for piano quartet, inspired by the Cologne Carnival. The Mozart String Trio K.V. 66 is a reconstruction by William Waterhouse of an early, unfinished fragment, played here for the first time since 1960.
Admission is by program from 7 pm at the door. Places can be reserved by emailing or texting Graham at graham.waterhouse@t-online.de or +49 1522 1554 604
