Insight to Music History

Following his Royal Albert Show in October on Mozart and Beethoven, Oliver Zeffman (TL 2011) was asked to join The Rest Is History podcast to speak about Mozart’s Requiem, famous composers, and other music history.

Oliver and the hosts discuss questions like which composer famously practiced on a cardboard piano? And how has music influenced politics? As a renowned conductor and history lover, Oliver brought great insight to the topics discussed.

Oliver will be conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra on May 4th in the Royal Albert Hall for The Rest Is History’s live show about Tchaikovsky and Wagner.

To listen to the podcast, you must be subscribed to The Rest Is History on Spotify or Apple Podcasts. The title of the episode is called “RIHC: Famous Composers, Mozart’s Requiem, and Musical Riots”.
