Congratulations to John Battsek, Managing Director and Producer at Ventureland, on the successful release of Mourinho, Netflix's new three-part documentary series on legendary football manager José Mourinho, which premiered globally on 11 August 2026.  

Produced by John Battsek and Miles Coleman and directed by Joe Pearlman, the series charts Mourinho's remarkable journey from FC Porto to Chelsea, Inter Milan and Real Madrid. Featuring exclusive access to Mourinho and interviews with football icons including Sir Alex Ferguson, Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba and Zlatan Ibrahimović, the documentary has been widely praised for its insight into one of football's most influential figures.
