OC Sport Builds Momentum Ahead of School Fixtures and Foundation Run

OC Football continued their pre-season preparations with a second friendly match against Aldenham, earning a solid 0-0 draw. With two pre-season fixtures now completed, attention turns to the start of the competitive season, which kicks off on 12 September. 

OC Netball were narrowly defeated 20-12 by the Highbury Honeybadgers in their latest outing. The team will be looking ahead to the start of the new season, with their opening fixture scheduled for 22 September. 

This Saturday, 5 September, sees the return of the annual OC Football and Netball Fixtures against School. Matches begin at 9.30am and will take place on Senior Field and the Astroturf, promising a fantastic morning of sport and community spirit. 

The day will also feature the Joshua Dorgu Foundation Run, beginning at 11.30am on Senior Field. Participants are welcome to run their chosen distance before enjoying the delicious food provided. The event offers a wonderful opportunity to support the foundation while bringing together OCs, pupils, staff and friends.
