OCs Inspire Future Pathways

Last week on Thursday, School was delighted to welcome back Isabelle Chauzy (NG 2015), Joe Dharampal‑Hornby (EG 2015) and Kevin Xu (GH 2015) to speak to Year 11 as part of their careers programme. Under the theme “Pathways with Purpose – finding meaning through skills, values and global impact,” they shared how their interests at School have developed into varied and purposeful careers.

Isabelle now works at UNICEF UK as a Sport Partnerships Specialist, using sport to support children worldwide. Joe has built a career in politics and public affairs, serving as a local councillor in Lambeth alongside work focused on sustainable finance. Kevin leads Fnatic’s Gear product business, managing a global team designing professional esports equipment.

Their stories highlighted that there is no single “right” pathway after School, and that curiosity and transferable skills often shape fulfilling routes.

Joe also stayed on to lead a special meeting of the Masaryk Society - a full‑circle moment a decade after being a member himself.

School is always grateful when OCs return to inspire the next generation of pupils.
