Success at the Berlin Pre-Moot

Last week, Paulina Danylenko (HG 2024), who is currently studying at King’s College London, participated in the Berlin Pre-Moot, hosted by Humboldt University of Berlin, as part of the Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She and her co-counsel took part in seven rounds of pleadings, an “intense but incredibly rewarding experience,” ultimately achieving the same impressive average oral score of 89.38.

Their performance led them to the final round, where they competed against the Vis Moot Team Göttingen—an opportunity Paulina described as a privilege, especially in the company of a strong opposing team and an experienced tribunal. She expressed deep gratitude for the detailed feedback from arbitrators and her coaches as she prepares for the next stage of the competition in Vienna.

Paulina is also active in professional organisations such as Young ICCA and the Youth Bar Association, demonstrating her growing engagement within the global legal community.

As she prepares to represent her team in Vienna, we are excited to watch Paulina continue her journey.
