Pride Event Speaker
Ollie Zeffman (TL 2011) continues to make waves across the international music scene as the conductor and cultural innovator behind Classical Pride, the pioneering festival he founded to celebrate LGBTQ+ musicians, composers, and audiences within the classical world.
While the 2026 Classical Pride programme is yet to be released, excitement is already building for its return. Following the success of previous festivals, the 2026 edition promises another series of bold, inclusive, and musically thrilling events across London, further cementing Ollie’s reputation as one of the UK’s most forward‑thinking conductors.
We’re delighted to announce that Ollie will be joining us as the guest speaker at the OC LGBTQ+ Event on 4 June, where he’ll be sharing:
Insights into his career, creative vision, and life as one of today’s leading musical voices
Reflections on previous Classical Pride festivals
A look at what’s ahead for the 2026 edition
Ollie’s work continues to champion inclusion, visibility, and artistic excellence. Classical Pride is not just a festival; it’s a platform for emerging artists, a celebration of identity, and a reimagining of what classical music can be. His leadership and creativity remain an inspiration to Highgate students and alumni pursuing artistic and cultural careers.
